Pick up
You will pick up your pre-paid merchandise at the festival. We do not ship merchandise.
Refund policy for merchandise:
Refunds for merchandise will be provided (less a $1 fee) if you cancel the order before August 31, 2024. The refund will be made three to five business days after the festival. There are no refunds for merchandise cancelled after August 31.
